The Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka, has joined other delegates from the State Government in Monaco as part of preparations to activate the first edition of the E1 Boat Race Series in Nigeria.
The team is being led by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who is spearheading the strategic initiative aimed at positioning Lagos as a leading hub for waterfront tourism and sporting events.
