The Nigeria Customs Service, NCS has released the final list of successful candidates for appointment into the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Customs II (ASC II) in its 2024/2025 recruitment exercise.
In a statement, the Service advised candidates to visit its official website or check selected national newspapers to confirm their recruitment status and obtain information on the next stage of the exercise.
According to the NCS, successful candidates will also receive notifications through their registered email addresses or SMS, containing further instructions on the recruitment process.
The Service said candidates are required to log on to the recruitment portal using their National Identification Number (NIN) or registered email address to upload a valid Medical Certificate of Fitness obtained from a government-recognised hospital.
It disclosed that the portal for uploading medical certificates will be activated on July 29, 2026, and candidates are expected to complete the process within one week of the portal’s activation.
The statement further directed successful applicants to update their current state of residence on the portal and formally accept the provisional offer of appointment by clicking the “Accept Offer” button.
According to the Service, candidates who complete the process will subsequently receive their Trainee Identification Number within one week, while details of documentation and physical screening, including dates, venues and requirements, will be communicated through official channels.
The Nigeria Customs Service urged all successful candidates to comply strictly with the outlined procedures and timelines, warning that failure to meet any of the requirements could lead to disqualification and forfeiture of the provisional offer.
The Comptroller-General of Customs, on behalf of the Nigeria Customs Service Board, congratulated the successful candidates and expressed optimism that they would uphold professionalism, integrity and dedication in serving the nation as officers of the Service.
