Alpha Morgan Bank Moves Head Office to Lagos After ₦1.9bn Pre-Tax Profit

Alpha Morgan Bank Limited has relocated its head office from Abuja to Victoria Island, Lagos, following early financial growth and expansion of its branch network.

The bank announced that its new head office is at 52 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, replacing its former address at 44 Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja.

Within its first 10 months of operations, the bank recorded a profit before tax of ₦1.9 billion and exceeded its capitalisation threshold, according to the announcement.

The relocation comes as the bank expands its branch network across several cities and seeks to strengthen its nationwide presence.

Its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ade Buraimo, described the move as an important step in the bank’s growth, attributing its progress to staff dedication, customer trust and its commitment to building an accessible and sustainable financial institution.

Buraimo also acknowledged the support of the Central Bank of Nigeria and expressed appreciation to the bank’s board, management and staff.

Beyond its financial operations, Alpha Morgan Bank said it supports communities through corporate social responsibility initiatives, promotes inclusive recruitment and hosts a quarterly economic review webinar featuring economist Bismarck Rewane.

The bank said it would continue to deepen customer relationships and expand its presence across the country.
