Fidelity Bank Plc is set to host the next edition of its Quarterly Business Forum in Kano on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, bringing together business owners, entrepreneurs, industry leaders and key stakeholders to explore opportunities for sustainable growth across Northern Nigeria.
Themed “Positioning Northern Businesses for Growth,” the forum will examine emerging opportunities and trends shaping the region’s business environment, with discussions focused on strengthening business operations, improving financial management, expanding access to finance, leveraging digital solutions, widening market reach and building resilient businesses.
The Kano edition follows the success of the Bank’s previous Quarterly Business Forum in Port Harcourt, which provided entrepreneurs and business owners with practical insights, industry connections and opportunities to support sustainable business growth.
Speaking ahead of the event, Divisional Head, Small and Medium-scale Enterprises Banking, Fidelity Bank Plc, Ugochi Osinigwe, said the forum was designed to equip businesses with practical knowledge, meaningful connections and access to opportunities that can improve their growth and competitiveness.
She said bringing the forum to Kano underscores Fidelity Bank’s commitment to supporting businesses across Nigeria, particularly entrepreneurs in Northern Nigeria seeking the knowledge and resources required to unlock their growth potential.
The forum will feature sessions led by industry experts and business leaders, alongside networking opportunities that will allow participants to share experiences and gain practical insights tailored to the realities of the current business environment.
The Quarterly Business Forum is part of Fidelity Bank’s broader efforts to support the growth of Nigeria’s small and medium-sized enterprises sector.
Recently, Fidelity Bank emerged winner of the Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN) Service Ambassadors Award for the Highest Impact on MSMEs Accessing Credit for the First Time, recognising the bank’s efforts to deepen financial inclusion, improve access to credit and support enterprise growth.
Through initiatives focused on knowledge, capacity building, tailored financial services and strategic business networks, the bank continues to support entrepreneurs in building stronger and more sustainable businesses.
