Unifoam Mourns Former President Muhammadu Buhari, Hails Legacy of Patriotism, Service

Unifoam Nigeria has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of former President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, describing him as a “symbol of integrity, selfless service, and steadfast patriotism” whose legacy will remain etched in Nigeria’s history.

In an official statement issued by the company, the management and entire Unifoam family joined millions of Nigerians in mourning the late leader, who served the nation both as a military Head of State and as a democratically elected President.

“President Buhari was more than a former Head of State; he was a symbol of integrity, selfless service, and steadfast patriotism,” the statement read. “Throughout his time in office, both in military and civilian leadership, he demonstrated uncommon devotion to national interest and reform, often choosing the harder right over the easier wrong in the pursuit of a stronger Nigeria.”

CEO of Unifoam, Mr. Fadi Bahsoun, praised the late President’s legacy, saying: “We remember him not just for his policies, but for the principles he stood for: discipline, simplicity, and incorruptibility. His passing is a profound loss for Nigeria, but his ideals will continue to inspire generations to come.”

The company noted that as a proudly Nigerian brand, Unifoam shares the values that President Buhari embodied — including service, resilience, and nation-building.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with his immediate family, the government of Nigeria, and all citizens during this moment of national reflection,” the statement concluded.

May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may his legacy live on in the hearts and actions of every Nigerian.
