The Lagos State Security Trust Fund, LSSTF has donated bulletproof vests and helmets to the Lagos State Environment and Special Offences (Enforcement) Unit, commonly known as the Taskforce, in a move aimed at enhancing officer safety during high-risk operations.
The protective gear, consisting of bulletproof vests and helmets, is designed to safeguard officers as they carry out enforcement activities in potentially dangerous situations. The donation is part of LSSTF’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that security personnel can operate effectively and with confidence, even in high-threat environments.
The presentation was made on behalf of the Fund by Admin Director of LSSTF, Mr. Adegbola Lewis, to the Commander of the Lagos State Taskforce, CSP Adetayo Akerele.

This contribution is expected to significantly enhance the safety of the Taskforce officers as they work to maintain law and order across the state and further underscores LSSTF’s dedication to improving security operations and supporting law enforcement agencies in Lagos.
