As the 2023/2024 Academic Session First Semester examinations of the Lagos State University, LASU, enter the third week, this week, the University management has visited the Epe Campus to continue the inspection exercise of the examinations.

The delegation, led by the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic, Prof. Olufunsho Omobitan was at Epe on Thursday, 18th and Friday, 19th April, 2024, to assess progress on the ongoing examination.


The team also used the occasion to inspect some University-funded projects on the campus.

On arrival at the campus on Thursday, the team was received by the Head of Campus, Prof. Elkanah Oyetunji who guided the members on their visit to examination halls and later on to inspect some projects around the campus.

Visits were also made to the Dean, School of Agriculture, Prof. Olatunji Abanikanda, the students’ hostels, and school farm, among others.

At the end of the 2-day visit, the team lead, Prof.  Omobitan expressed his satisfaction at the conduct of the exams as well as the facilities newly upgraded by the University management to enhance the stay of students, including boreholes and electricity, among others.

It will recalled that the management of LASU had commenced examination monitoring on the main campus two weeks earlier when the exercise took off.
