The Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency, LNSA has provided solar systems for its offices in the 57 Local Governments and Local Council Development Areas to enhance service delivery.

The solar systems were installed to ensure 24 hours of interrupted power supply to mitigate the incessant power outages experienced mainly due to the activities of vandals across the country.

The inauguration of the power systems, coincided with the distribution of more working tools including binoculars with night vision capabilities, Flashlights, Intelligence Pen Recorders, and Megaphones to enhance their Community engagement programmes.

In a short speech at the inauguration, the General Manager of the Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency, Prince Dr Ifalade Oyekan FISN urged the Officers to ensure all government property under their watch are well managed and cared for.

He said, “Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu in fulfilment of his promise as enshrined in the THEMES Plus Agenda has shown unalloyed commitment to the safety and security of residents and visitors to Lagos by investing heavily in this Agency and all others. Your job is to deliver world-class services to the people and maintain the gadgets purchased for your use with taxpayers’ money. “
