Big 5 Construct Nigeria, the country’s largest construction industry gathering, is set to make a return to the Landmark Centre in Lagos from September 23 to 25, 2025.
The three-day exhibition is expected to bring together more than 145 exhibitors from over 20 countries, alongside local suppliers, government stakeholders and professionals shaping the future of Nigeria’s $108 billion construction market.
The event comes at a time when Nigeria’s construction sector is forecast to expand at a 4.4 percent compound annual growth rate (CAGR) between 2024 and 2028, driven by government spending of $16.8 billion on capital projects in 2024 and long-term commitments under the National Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan and the $1.9 trillion net-zero plan by 2060.
Senior Vice President –Construction at dmg events, Josine Heijmans said the exhibition aligns with national priorities. “Nigeria’s construction market is projected to reach over $108 billion in 2025, reflecting the scale of opportunity for both local and international stakeholders.
By convening leading suppliers, regional players and decision-makers under one roof, Big 5 Construct Nigeria creates a space where business opportunities meet national priorities,” she said.
This year’s edition will feature pavilions from Egypt, Türkiye, China and Austria, and international exhibitors from countries including Germany, India, Italy, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the U.S. First-time participants include Sany Equipment, Daikin, Legrand Electric and Stanley Black & Decker.
Returning brands such as Lafarge and Sika highlight the event’s growing influence as a platform for business partnerships.
In addition to product showcases, the exhibition will host more than 25 free Continuing Professional Development (CPD)-certified sessions under the Big 5 Talks series.
These technical sessions will cover sustainability, project management, architecture, commercial management and emerging building technologies.
Speakers include Arc. Sebastine Abang John Thomas of the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development; Mrs. Morohunmubo Olayemi Afolabi of the Green Building Council Nigeria; Emmanuel Ilaboya of Lafarge Africa Plc; QS Bamidele Mafimidiwo of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors; and Dr. Sanmi Olowosile of the Sustainable Green Environment Initiative.

Big 5 Construct Nigeria is free to attend for trade and industry professionals aged 18 and above.
