PSC Begins Evaluation of Police Recruitment Examination Results

The Police Service Commission, PSC has commenced the evaluation of the recently concluded written examination conducted for applicants seeking enlistment into the Nigeria Police Force.

The exercise is currently taking place at the Commission’s Corporate Headquarters in Abuja, with representatives of key government agencies on ground to ensure transparency and credibility throughout the process.

According to the Commission, the evaluation is being carried out on a merit-based system aimed at selecting only the most qualified candidates for the next stage of the recruitment exercise.

Officials of the Nigeria Police Force, the Ministry of Police Affairs and the Federal Character Commission are participating in the process to guarantee fairness, accountability and compliance with established recruitment guidelines.

The PSC disclosed that the evaluation exercise is expected to be concluded within the next few days, after which successful candidates will be invited for medical examinations.

Candidates who successfully scale the medical screening stage will be shortlisted for enlistment and subsequent training as Police Constables.

The Commission reiterated its commitment to a transparent and merit-driven recruitment process, stressing that the exercise is designed to strengthen the capacity of the Nigeria Police Force by ensuring that only qualified applicants are admitted into service.
