TPT International Wins Two 2026 EDGE Awards for Strategic Communications

TPT International has received two honours at the 2026 EDGE Awards, highlighting the growing emphasis on strategic communications and reputation management as organisations face increasingly complex stakeholder and public engagement demands.

The communications consultancy was named Outstanding Strategic Communications and Reputation Management Agency of the Year, while its Founder and Chief Consultant, Adetokunbo Modupe, was recognised as a PR Industry Legend.

The awards, organised by Marketing Edge, recognise TPT International’s work in strategic communications and reputation management alongside Modupe’s contribution to the public relations industry.

Established in 1997, TPT International provides services spanning corporate communications, marketing PR, public affairs, crisis communication, reputation management and strategic counselling.

The latest recognition comes as organisations increasingly rely on communications not only for visibility, but also for managing relationships with customers, employees, regulators, investors, media organisations and other stakeholders.

TPT International said its work has focused on helping organisations respond to challenges, identify opportunities, strengthen stakeholder relationships and protect long-term reputation.

The agency was also recently listed in the inaugural Africa Consultancy Performance Index 2026, published by Earned First. The index assessed consultancies across areas including business performance, creative impact and client outcomes, innovation and thought leadership, talent and culture, and industry leadership.

Modupe, who has worked across public relations, marketing communications and strategic counsel for several decades, has led the consultancy’s expansion across Africa.

The firm also maintains an alliance with global communications network WE Communications, giving it access to international expertise while retaining its focus on the Nigerian and African markets.

Commenting on the latest recognition, Modupe said the awards marked another stage in the consultancy’s development.

ā€œWe know where we are today, and we know where we are building towards. This is a starting line, not a finish line. We will keep building,ā€ he said.
