The Oshodi Isolo Chapter of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors has inaugurated a new secretariat donated by Alhaji Comrade Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, as part of efforts to strengthen its grassroots operations ahead of the 2027 elections.
The chapter also inaugurated its newly constituted executive committee to coordinate the organisation’s activities across Oshodi, Isolo and Ejigbo.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Oshodi Isolo Local Government Coordinator, Barrister Kayode Tinubu, appreciated Akinsanya for providing the secretariat, saying the facility would provide a dedicated space for meetings, coordination, public engagement and other organisational activities.
The inauguration marks another phase in the development of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors’ grassroots structure under the leadership of the Lagos State Coordinator, Tayo Ayinde.
While inaugurating the new executives, Ayinde charged them to ensure effective communication of President Bola Tinubu’s achievements, mobilise voters and engage residents across wards and communities in Oshodi, Isolo and Ejigbo.
The event was attended by APC leaders and members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, including Cardinal James Odunmbaku, Chief Murainah Taiwo, Ejigbo LCDA Chairman Taoheed Taiwo, MC Oluomo, Alhaji Olorunoje, Hon. Stephen Ogundipe, Hon. Monsuru Bello Obe, Hon. Taiwo Ayedun Shanana, Tpl. Daisi Oso, Hon. Hakeem Shokunle and Special Leader Israel Akiode.
Traditional rulers, including the Ojon of Ejigboland and Onikosi of Ikosi Awori, as well as political stakeholders, community representatives, religious leaders, ethnic nationality groups, progressive supporters and other guests, also attended the event.
The organisation reaffirmed its commitment to grassroots engagement, organisational development and participation in political and community activities across Oshodi Isolo.
