The Nigeria Police Force, NPF, in collaboration with the Police Service Commission, PSC, will commence physical and credential screening for applicants in the 2025/2026 Police Constable Recruitment Exercise from Monday, March 9, 2026.
The Lagos State Police Command disclosed that the screening, which targets applicants who successfully completed the online registration as General Duty and Specialist Constables, will run until Saturday, April 18, 2026.
According to the Command, the exercise will hold daily from 7:00 a.m. at the Police College Ikeja.
Applicants are required to appear in plain white T-shirts and white shorts and must present mandatory documents neatly arranged in two white flat files.
These include the invitation slip, credential screening form, National Identity Number (NIN) printout or card, O’ Level certificate, birth certificate or declaration of age, and Local Government/State of Origin certificate.
Specialist applicants are also required to provide relevant trade test certificates, while all candidates must submit duly completed guarantor forms with attached photocopies and passport photographs of referees.
The Command warned that any applicant who fails to present the required documents will not be screened and urged candidates to adhere strictly to their assigned dates and guidelines.
It further emphasised that the screening exercise is free of charge and strictly merit-based, advising members of the public to report any individual demanding gratification in connection with the recruitment process.
