Lagos Police Congratulates Dr. Ogunsan on Appointment as LSSTF Executive Secretary

The Lagos State Police Command has extended warm congratulations to Dr. Ayo Ogunsan on his appointment as the Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, LSSTF by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

In a statement issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Abimbola Adebisi, on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, CP Olohundare Jimoh, the Command described Dr. Ogunsan’s appointment as well-deserved and a reflection of the Governor’s confidence in his capacity and commitment to advancing the State’s security framework.

The statement noted that Dr. Ogunsan has, over the years, demonstrated exceptional selflessness, professionalism, and dedication to enhancing the security architecture of Lagos State, especially through his active role as a member of the LSSTF Board.

“The Commissioner of Police is confident that Dr. Ogunsan will bring his deep institutional knowledge, proven integrity, and strategic understanding of Lagos State’s security needs to bear in his new role,” the statement read.

The Command further expressed optimism that under Dr. Ogunsan’s leadership, the LSSTF will achieve greater operational efficiency and strengthen inter-agency collaboration, ultimately improving public safety across the State.

It added that the Lagos State Police Command remains proud of Dr. Ogunsan’s accomplishments and stands ready to maintain its long-standing partnership with the LSSTF in ensuring the safety and protection of residents and visitors in Lagos.
