JMG Limited has unveiled the Kaeser SM-13T air compressor at the 2026 Propak West Africa Exhibition in Lagos, showcasing a compressed-air solution designed for industrial applications across manufacturing, construction, mining, automobile and healthcare sectors.
The three-day exhibition, held from September 8 to 10 at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, attracted organisations and industry professionals from different parts of the world.
The SM-13T, displayed at JMG’s stand, comes with an integrated dryer, a 7.5-kilowatt capacity, an output of 38 cubic feet per minute (CFM) and an operating pressure of 11 bar, equivalent to 160 PSI.
The company’s General Manager, Air Compressor, Ashwini Kumar Patel, said JMG’s participation was aimed at increasing awareness of Kaeser compressed-air solutions and giving businesses an opportunity to understand their applications.
Patel said the Kaeser range, manufactured by German engineering company Kaeser Kompressoren, was developed to provide efficient and reliable compressed-air systems for industrial operations.
“Our presence here is to keep the people informed of our offerings in air compressors, to keep them focused, and also to understand that JMG delivers the best solutions to keep their business operations running at full capacity,” he said.
According to Patel, several multinational companies operating in Nigeria use Kaeser compressors, citing their efficiency and durability.
The company’s Business Development Manager, Olanrewaju Agbede, said the exhibition also provided an opportunity for JMG to engage businesses on the design and installation of compressed-air stations, piping, commissioning and maintenance.
“The SM-13T which we have showcased comes with an integrated dryer, with a 7.5-kilowatt capacity, at 38CFM, and 11 bar or 160Kilo PSI,” Agbede said.
He said the company was targeting businesses across several sectors that depend on compressed-air systems as part of their production and operational processes.
Agbede said JMG would continue to engage industry stakeholders on solutions suited to their specific operational requirements.
JMG’s Kaeser portfolio also includes rotary screw compressors, industrial reciprocating compressors, trades and workshop compressors, marine compressed-air systems, compressed-air treatment and condensate treatment systems, portable compressors and rotary screw vacuum pumps.
Its product range further covers rotary lobe blowers, rotary screw blowers, turbo blowers and related compressor services.
An industry stakeholder, Gbenga Akinsola, who visited the JMG stand, said the demonstration gave professionals an opportunity to examine the technology and assess its potential applications.
“What stands out for me is the practicality of the solution and the opportunity for industry professionals to see the technology up close and understand how it can address real operational needs,” Akinsola said.
He said the availability of such technologies could help businesses improve efficiency, reliability and productivity in their operations.
