FirstBank has opened multiple channels for investors to subscribe to the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE initial public offering, IPO, with the offer set to open on September 14, 2026.
FirstBank is acting as a receiving bank for the offer, providing customers and other investors with access to subscription channels including FirstMobile, FirstOnline, LIT App, PayByLink, FirstDirect for corporate customers, FirstMonie agents and FirstBank branches nationwide.
The offer comprises 4.1 billion ordinary shares priced at N525 each, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares valued at N5,250 and additional subscriptions in multiples of 10 shares.
The offer is scheduled to close on October 13, 2026, with investors required to make full payment upon application.
Eligible retail investors may also receive bonus shares, subject to the terms contained in the Prospectus, while proceeds from the offer are intended to support the expansion of refinery operations.
The shares are proposed to be listed on the Main Board of Nigerian Exchange Limited.
FirstBank said its participation was aimed at providing customers and investors with convenient access to the capital market and supporting broader participation in investment opportunities.
The bank said investors would be provided with detailed subscription guidelines and application links when the offer opens.
FirstBank, however, stressed that it was acting solely as a receiving bank for the offer and advised prospective investors to read the Prospectus carefully and seek independent professional advice before making investment decisions.
