FASU Games: UNILAG Advances to Final After Dramatic Penalty Shootout Victory Over LASU

In a tense semi-final clash, the University of Lagos UNILAG have secured their place in the football tournament final after a grueling 90 minutes ended in a goalless draw. The match was decided by a penalty shootout, where UNILAG dominated, defeating Lagos State University, LASU, 4-1.

The victory sees UNILAG progressing to face the University for Development Studies, UDS from Ghana in the final, scheduled for Sunday. Both teams displayed impressive skills, with LASU’s Trail Blazers putting up a strong fight throughout the match.

All eyes now turn to Sunday’s final as UNILAG prepares to take on UDS for the championship title.
