Ogun State Police Command has confirmed that Adeniyi Mobolaji Kayode, the driver of the Lexus SUV involved in the Anthony Joshua accident case, was charged at the Sagamu Magistrate Court on Friday, January 2, 2026.
The Command confirmed this in a statement issued by its Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Oluseyi B. Babaseyi.
It noted that the court has adjourned the case to January 20, 2026, for further proceedings.
