Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu has commended the contributions of the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, LSSTF, Dr Ayodele Ogunsan, to security administration in the state as he marks his 50th birthday.

In a statement issued on Monday by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Gboyega Akosile, Sanwo Olu described Ogunsan as an entrepreneur, security expert and administrator whose work had contributed to the activities of the LSSTF since he assumed office in October 2025.

The Governor said Ogunsan’s experience in the security sector had also been demonstrated through his previous roles as Chairman of the Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV) in Lagos State, Patron of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) and member of the LSSTF Board of Trustees.

Sanwo Olu said Ogunsan had shown commitment to improving security through his various responsibilities and congratulated him on attaining the milestone.

He said the state government appreciated Ogunsan’s service and prayed for continued wisdom and knowledge as he leads the LSSTF.

The Governor said, “On behalf of my family, the government, and the people of Lagos State, I congratulate the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, Dr Ayo Ogunsan, on his 50th birthday.”
