The Nigeria-China Strategic Partnership, NCSP has extended Eid al-Kabir greetings to Muslim faithful across Nigeria, while reaffirming its commitment to promoting shared growth and stronger bilateral cooperation between Nigeria and China.
In a statement issued to mark the celebration, the Partnership described Eid al-Kabir as a season that reflects the enduring values of sacrifice, faith, compassion, unity, and devotion, noting that such principles remain critical to national development and international cooperation.
According to the NCSP, the lessons associated with the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim remain relevant as Nigeria continues to pursue economic growth, social stability, and deeper global partnerships.
The organisation stated that the values of sacrifice, trust, and shared purpose are also central to its efforts in strengthening strategic cooperation between Nigeria and China across key sectors of the economy.
“Eid teaches us that real progress is built on sacrifice, trust, and shared purpose. These are the same principles guiding our efforts to deepen cooperation with China for sustainable growth across critical sectors,” the statement read.
The Partnership highlighted ongoing collaboration between both countries in areas including infrastructure, agriculture, education, technology, manufacturing, energy, and youth development.
It added that the bilateral relationship continues to create opportunities for investment, innovation, skills transfer, and long-term national development.
The NCSP also reaffirmed its commitment to programmes aimed at empowering young Nigerians through educational exchange initiatives, technical training, and innovation-driven opportunities designed to enhance global competitiveness.
The organisation further urged Nigerians to use the Eid season to promote peaceful coexistence, compassion, unity, and mutual respect, stressing that sustainable national progress can only thrive in an atmosphere of peace and cooperation.
It expressed hope that the celebration would bring renewed hope, blessings, and prosperity to families across the country.
